I stayed at a motel recently and had a great experience. The room I stayed in was clean, spacious, and had a separate kitchenette. The bed was comfy and there was a good selection of TV channels. The host, Evan, was very friendly and helpful. Plus, there was a cute cat! I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this motel to others.

It maybe old, but the upkeep is first class and the bed was great. Would reccommend it. The lady on reception was also a gem well done Adcroft Motel

This place is in a great location, just a 20-minute walk from downtown, making it convenient for exploring the area.

The staff here were fantastic, they were friendly and very helpful. We travelled throughout the south island on our holiday and stayed at many various locations and this was by far the best. Thanks!

It was fairly close to Christchurch, only 50 minutes south, so it was a perfect location for us to drive to Christchurch airport to catch our afternoon flight back home.

We were surprised to find no Kleenex type tissues in the bathroom. The owners were quite dismayed when we asked for some. It was the only hotel / motel we stayed in which did not supply such a product. Continental breakfast was rather ordinary. Otherwise comfortable enough.

The motel offers clean and well-maintained rooms with spacious accommodations, some with three bedrooms and a bath. the location is central, only a few minutes from the town center, and staff are helpful and accommodating. the rooms come equipped with a TV and a good selection of channels. There are facilities such as a kitchen and stocked room that provide guests with added conveniences.

Some guests may find the heating inadequate as some units had an old wall panel and fan heater in a distant main room.

During our Easter stay, we enjoyed the convenient location of this motel as it was within walking distance from shops and restaurants. the room provided was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the well-equipped amenities offered. the host was very helpful in arranging accommodation in another area.

The experience was marred by some negative aspects. There was some road noise from a nearby highway, and a neighbor's barking dog disturbed our sleep.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, being close to the town centre, making it convenient for me to explore the area. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure my stay was as comfortable as possible. The room itself was spacious and immaculately clean. I especially appreciated the extra amenities such as the ironing facilities and the tea and coffee making facilities. The hotel also had a lovely garden area where I could relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. I was extremely impressed with the level of comfort and quality services provided.

Got a good deal on a motel for my city break. Room was equipped with basic necessities, perfect for a budget weekend in this location. The location is also quite convenient for exploring the city or taking public transport. The staff was welcoming and provided us with a map of the area.

The room was quite small and basic. Walls were thin and we could hear noises from next door throughout the night.

I loved staying at this hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was very tidy and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Due to the wider car parking bays, parking was a breeze. Also, the location was perfect for my needs and the TV channels available were a nice touch.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.
